Our services are focused on illuminating the way to utopia for organizations.

The first is teaching and writing Strategy and Tactics implementation plans (a thinking process of TOC) – which are referred to as S&T trees. The S&T tree is a powerful tool for synchronization and communication throughout the organization. The S&T tree ensures that all the actions and underlying logic are understood by all, thus ensuring that efforts are aligned to achieve the top level strategy of the tree. A Fortune 500 executive who took part in a session to write an S&T tree for his organization commented at the end that their efforts in the past to develop strategic plans were "amateurish" when compared to writing the S&T tree. The founder of our organization is one of the top experts in writing S&T trees. As a matter of fact, our founder is the author of the chapter focused on S&T trees that is part of a TOC handbook to be published by McGraw-Hill in the next few months. In addition, she conducted a two-part webinar on understanding and writing S&T trees for TOCICO. The second type of service is focused on providing consulting services for various types of healthcare organizations. The TOC applications enable these organizations to significantly improve flow (such as time to be treated) and quality, while reducing costs at the same time. In addition, a more rewarding environment for those working in healthcare fields is achieved.

The third type of service is focused on providing consulting services to retailers. The TOC applications enable retailers to significantly improve their inventory turns and throughput (sales less totally variable costs) per square foot in a matter of weeks. As a result, the net profit dramatically increases.

The fourth type of service is focused on providing workshops and support for university business schools and engineering programs to adopt a TOC-based systems approach. Drs. Lisa A. Ferguson and Janice F. Cerveny designed this type of MBA program. In addition, we also focus on helping entire universities adopt the effective critical thinking skills of TOC throughout their programs to enable their students to much more successful.

Other TOC consulting services will be added over time. It is also our intention to train other healing organizations to use TOC as well. We do not view them as competitors, especially since the amount of improvement needed in the world is significant. We want to ensure that we all are able to help as many people as they can.
